Special Fudge Made In Your Microwave

It’s microwave fudge!

To make this simple fudge, all you do is assemble the ingredients in a glass bowl — and without even stirring — pop the whole thing in the microwave to melt. Spread it on a small baking sheet and…ta-da! Fudge.

Ingredients:

  • 16-ounce bag powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use regular Hershey’s)
  • 1/2 cup canna butter* (1 stick), cut into 1-2 tablespoon pieces
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup raw walnuts, chopped or whole
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

*To make the canna butter, first make cannabis oil from 18 grams of weed as shown in a separate section on this site. Then add one stick of butter to it and let it harden in the fridge.

  1. Pour the powdered sugar into a large microwave-safe bowl and whisk in the cocoa powder until incorporated.
  2. Place the butter on top of the cocoa mixture. DO NOT STIR.
  3. Pour the milk on top. DO NOT STIR.
  4. Microwave for 5 minutes.
  5. Now stir until fully incorporated and all lumps are removed.
  6. Add the walnuts and vanilla, stirring again.
  7. Pour into a 8 inch baking pan, lined with parchment paper.
  8. Set for about an hour in a cool place (we used the fridge).
  9. Pull the sides of the parchment paper up to remove the whole slab of fudge and cut into small pieces.
